According to Royal Caribbean’s published promotional terms, the deal applies to individual and named group reservations across all standard stateroom categories, with the exception of transatlantic and transpacific voyages and certain reduced or complimentary fare types.
Under the Crown & Anchor Society program, members normally earn one point per night in most cabins, and two points per night when sailing in a suite. The company’s loyalty grid shows that these points determine tier status, from entry-level Gold after a single completed cruise through higher levels such as Diamond and Pinnacle, which unlock priority services, nightly drink vouchers, and in some cases complimentary sailings. During the promotion, the base earning rate is doubled, effectively turning a seven-night standard cabin sailing into 14 points and a suite stay into an even larger boost.
Royal Caribbean’s terms indicate that the double points are available for up to two cruises within the promotional sailing period, which means cruisers cannot stack the offer across an unlimited series of voyages. Some seasoned cruisers are also looking at back-to-back itineraries that fall within the eligible dates but stay within the two-cruise cap. Pairing two shorter cruises in suites, for instance, can produce a sizable point jump while still giving travelers flexibility on destinations and departure ports. The current promotion’s broad date range allows these combinations across multiple regions, including Caribbean, Mediterranean and short-break routes, depending on ship deployment.
Published loyalty benefit charts show that crossing certain point thresholds can unlock disproportionately valuable perks, such as access to dedicated lounges, priority embarkation, and complimentary internet or laundry on select sailings. For travelers who are close to one of these thresholds, strategically choosing a higher-category cabin on an eligible itinerary during the promotion could deliver benefits that extend well beyond the two qualifying cruises.

The double points offer arrives as Royal Caribbean Group rolls out its new Points Choice framework, which links Royal Caribbean’s Crown & Anchor Society with Celebrity Cruises’ Captain’s Club and Silversea’s Venetian Society.
